About Farryn

I have been baby sitting since I was 15. My first full time experience was with 3 girls ages 18mos, 3yrs, and 5yrs old. I took care of them for 1 year and in that time I was able to potty train the youngest, help the older girls to spell their names, and help the oldest to learn to read. I also taught the girls American Sign Language in an attempt to help the youngest to communicate since she was having troubles speaking. I also provided light house cleaning and preparing healthy, quick meals for the family. I currently help a family with occasional care giving of their teenage daughter who has a learning disability and is deaf. I help her learn things she can use in the real world and teach her how to be self-sufficient. We also spend time helping her be a more proficient reader. When I spend time with this particular child, I also assume the responsibility of taking care of the family dog.
