In addition to my childcare experience, I worked as an Applied Behavior Technician (ABT) providing one-on-one support to an 8-year-old girl with autism in her home. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies, I helped develop communication, social, and daily living skills through structured activities, positive reinforcement, and individualized support. This experience strengthened my patience, adaptability, and ability to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children with diverse needs.
