Hi! My name is Alex, and I'm an overnight postpartum doula with 2 years of experience supporting families during those early newborn weeks. I specialize in overnight care, helping parents get the rest they need while ensuring baby is safe, soothed, and well cared for throughout the night. Before becoming a doula, I had the opportunity to nanny for children of all ages, which helped me build a calm, nurturing, and adaptable approach to caregiving. I'm confident with newborn care, feeding support, diaper changes, soothing techniques, and establishing healthy sleep routines, while also providing reassurance and emotional support for parents.
