My history with pet care began in fall of 2008 when my first job was an assistant to the owner of a local rescue in Scottsdale, AZ. Unlike other rescues Pals Inn was heavily funded by big donors in my community so I learned to not only to take proper care of pets (primp, groom, etc.) but also to respect care love and nurture pets as if they were my own. From then on I began taking care of local pets and even adopted and raised a few from the rescue. As of today I happen to be the former philanthropy chair of Chi Phi Fraternity at Arizona State and have organized several events and fundraisers to help raise awareness for our charity Pee Wee's Pals which encourages pet adoption and most importantly the fight to stop Yulin and animal abuse.
