I spent some years taking care of and hanging out with my grandparents into their 80s. They lived with me at the time and I helped keep things clean for them, cooked, and helped them out wherever they needed it, carrying groceries for them and occasionally helping my grandmother bathe on the harder days. Though she's an incredibly strong woman, I also helped my mom out through her multiple surgeries and treatments for cervical cancer. Worth mentioning I'm also fully vaccinated for Covid.
