Making a real difference in someone's life is what drives me. With seven years of experience supporting adults and seniors, I bring a patient, compassionate, and friendly approach to care. I understand the importance of respecting independence and adapting to changing routines, especially when providing dementia care. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating memory care activities. I provide mobility assistance, encourage physical activity, prepare meals, and assist with light housekeeping. I communicate with families through verbal updates and regular text or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I have CPR and First Aid certifications.
