Bringing comfort and support to seniors is my calling. With fithteen years of experience, I'm dedicated to providing compassionate and detail-oriented care. My background includes some college, and I am fluent in both English and French. I offer a range of services, from live-in care and transportation to personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also have experience with dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am CPR and First Aid certified. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. I use the family's preferred communication method and written daily reports. I can de-escalate stressful situations, handle confusion, and incorporate memory care activities. My passion for supporting well-being and positive experiences in previous roles drive me. I'm patient, calm, and empathetic. I have a car and I'm comfortable with pets.
