About Fannie

Hi! My name is Fannie, a 31yo DC native who moved to Austin back in 2013 to attend UT. A bit about me (former teacher, currently seeking a recurring nanny opportunity with a loving family): I spent four wonderful years in the classroom before moving into tech sales, and after a recent layoff, I'm excited to return to childcare. I'm friendly, approachable, and like to create spaces where kids are encouraged to be themselves. I care deeply about self-awareness, emotional growth, and building positive relationships. I'm super organized- open, clear communication with parents, always following your preferred method. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules (the teacher in me!) while keeping things fun, calm, and loving. I'm active and love outdoor play, but I'm also a big fan of screen-free time with board games, puzzles, art projects, and creative play. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children of any age and am CPR certified.
