Hi! My name is Falyn and I am a 22-year-old BSW student who has been nannying and working in daycares for 8 years. I have extensive experience working with children of all ages, and am really passionate about caregiving and making a positive impact in the lives of others. I have a new, reliable car as well as great references upon request. Thanks! I'd describe my personality as outgoing, interactive, and nurturing. I like working with kids because I appreciate the opportunity to be able to promote growth and watch them succeed. I started working with kids when I was 14 as a mother's helper/babysitter, and have now worked in daycares and primarily as a nanny.
