With 25+ years of childcare experience, a background in somatic movement education, and research in trauma-informed consciousness, I help parents feel more confident, calm, and connected with their child - from infancy through age seven. A typical coaching visit in person includes: observing your interaction with your baby or child, teaching one simple somatic tool (such as breath support) to help you regulate while caring for your child, demonstrating the technique with your baby or child, and leaving you with a handout and weekly practice. This approach is rooted in research on nervous system regulation, early childhood development, and conscious parenting. Falon was absolutely amazing! We hired her to fill in for two shifts while our sitter was out of town for spring break. She was prompt and professional. She kept up with our 2 very busy toddlers engaging with them while also following our schedule for them. She referred to her self as “Ms. Rachel” when describing her personality and it was exactly that! She also did tasks that weren’t asked of her like light housekeeping. I would highly recommend her for any job.
