Hi families, my name is Falon. I'm a professional caregiver, educator, and parent coach with 20+ years of experience supporting children of all ages. I create calm, nurturing environments where children feel safe, understood, and able to thrive. With a background in childhood development and nervous system regulation, I support children holistically--helping them navigate big feelings, build confidence, and feel secure while maintaining clear, loving boundaries. My communication style is connection-based and research-informed (inspired by Becky Kennedy), and I meet each child with presence and respect. Availability: one-time or short-term care, plus 4-week parent coaching support. I bring a calm, grounded presence and genuinely care about supporting the whole family. I would love to connect.
