About Fallon

As a child caregiver for more than 10 years, I possess a strong passion for youth development & setting a positive example! I've worked with children my whole life, including those with special needs & learning disorders, I have found that my patience, calm & encouraging demeanor, and extreme organization has allowed me to be an outstanding & effective leader and influence in my students'/children's lives. Creating a space for children to feel comfortable & cared for is of upmost importance to me. I believe children thrive when they have the support they need. I am a strong multitasker & am able to wear multiple hats to facilitate success. I have managed school schedules, home upkeep, homework & tutoring, extracurriculars, transportation & creative activities for the children I care for & believe a well-rounded culture is so meaningful to their development! I have certified training in the health & fitness space as well as youth program directorship across a variety of areas!
