About Fallon

Hi! I have five years of babysitting experience, a background in public health, and a passion for supporting children and families. I also have experience as a swim instructor, working with children ages 6 months to 15 years old, which taught me the importance of patience, adaptability, and safety. Through my work with the WIC program at the Ocean County Health Department, I have gained experience supporting families and helping them access important resources. I am also currently completing my birth doula training through Madriella Doula Network, reflecting my passion for maternal and infant health. I strive to be a dependable, compassionate, and attentive caregiver who helps children feel safe, valued, and supported. I understand that every family has unique needs, and I look forward to providing individualized care that gives parents peace of mind!
