Hi, I'm Falan As a caring and experienced childcare provider with six years in the field, I'm also a mother of six children ages vary from 19 to 1 years old. So I really have 19 years experience with children in general. I'm passionate about making a positive impact in children's lives. My previous babysitting roles solidified my love for nurturing and supporting children. I'm known for my patient, creative, and approachable personality, which helps me connect with children seamlessly. I believe in open communication with parents, providing regular updates. Falon is Absolutely amazing with kids. She watched my son for over a year and was great with him. He learned so much more than just letters and numbers by the age 3. He was reading words and sounding them out. She taught him so much. I am so thankful that she was a part of my son’s life and helped him grow and learn so much. I knew he was well taken care of cause he was always happy each day I picked him up. She’d also send me pics and videos throughout the day to keep me updated. Definitely recommend Falon.
