Faith is a genuinely wonderful, trustworthy, reliable, kind hearted, and knowledgeable caregiver. She has been watching my kids for ~3.5 years now. She started watching my youngest daughter when she was just four months old and has gone above and beyond in every way - helping keep things tidy, planning special outings and activities, making the most wonderful crafts (lots of handprint and footprint ones), and putting love and thought into everything. In the summers she has watched my older two, now 8 and 10, and helped with after school care and has done a fantastic job of juggling all of their needs and personalities. This was our first venture in having someone who wasn't family watch our children and we truly won the lottery.
