Faith has always provided compassionate care through her gentle gestures, infectious humor, and gentle demeanor. She took time to explain the care she was going to provide and was gentle in providing the care. I remember many instances when she would allow me to vent and she would be a calm listening ear with no judgement. She made many residents feel comfortable with every interaction. This was evident with many residents requesting for her and the kind comments they highly spoke of her. She is also well skilled and knowledgeable in the care she provides. She takes the time to learn new skills before applying them so as to make sure she is providing safe care. I would 100% trust her to care for me and my loved ones.
