About Faith

Hi! I'm Faith-Laray, a caring and responsible senior at Montclair State University studying Business Administration. I have hands-on experience as a summer camp advisor and regularly care for my three nieces, which has taught me how to balance fun, structure, and patience. I enjoy keeping kids engaged with creative activities, helping with homework, and maintaining routines. I'm warmhearted, attentive, and adaptable, and I'm passionate about supporting children's curiosity and creativity. I believe it takes a village to raise a child, and I'm honored to be part of the families I work with. In my spare time, I love baking, music, watching shows, and fashion, which inspires me to bring creativity to playtime. One thing families should know is I genuinely care and treat every child as part of my own family, always creating a safe, loving environment where they can thrive. My top skills are being responsible, patient, and emotionally supportive.
