I had set up an interview with this young lady to come meet my dad.  I sent the address and she let me know that she only interviews virtually.  I did speak to her on the phone.  However, she informed me that we were too far for her to travel and that she "never" goes to interviews in person.  I was sorely disappointed as there is no way you can tell how the people do together without them even meeting face to face.

Faith provided amazing care for my 87 yr old father who had Alzheimer's and was battling other health issues for several months.     Our family loved her positive attitude, her kindness, compassion, and her great calming tactics that made my dad feel comfortable and supported.   We loved that she is also very prayerful and helped us through a lot of bumps along the way.   She is dependable, reliable and responsible and was always willing to care for my dad regardless if he was at home, at the hospital or at the memory care facility.    My dad passed but Faith  is true to her name and I would rehire her in a heartbeat.

There is no one I would trust more than Faith to care for someone I loved.  Faith was a true gift and a blessing to me and my family.  Faith loved and cared for my mom as if she were her own mother. She brought my mom happiness, kindness, compassion and comfort.  She provided our family peace of mind that our mom was in such kind and capable hands. Faith was a Godsend for my 88-year-old father after he fell and sprained his ankle (and for my 84-year-old mother who got a concussion when he caused her to fall with him).  Faith was a lovely easy presence in their smallish apartment, cooked, talked to my dad, took him to appointments, shopped some, cleaned and generally got my mom (who is not great at accepting help) to let her help, and my dad (who doesn't like that many people) to appreciate everything she did from helping him shower to listening to his stories to wheeling him downstairs to talk to other residents.  I had a big event my mom was going to out of town and it was so nice to be able to enjoy it knowing that she was able to rest up and he prepared thanks to Faith, and that my father would be absolutely fine while we were gone.  Would definitely recommend for any time (short or long-term) that you need to feel confident your aging parents are taken care of.  I wish I could afford to have her for the rest of their years.

Faith was scheduled for an interview she never called or showed up. 
The family was waiting. 
I think that's inconsiderate and just not professional a simple I decline the offer would have been the right thing to do.

Faith is so energetic and upbeat. She is positive and takes on your loved one as her own. Faith engaged my father in lively conversation and kept him busy and uplifted. What a blessing she was to him and all our family. I loved how she would communicate with us and keep us up to date on what was happening and how we could make things better for his personal care.

Faith is an amazing person......When I first met Faith I was amazed at her super energetic personality.....She was very engaging with the elderly people at the job I had just started....The residents loved Faith...She would always make them laugh....Faith works from her heart that is her strength....She came in to work a shining star everyday. She is very consistent, she is timely, her work is efficient. Faith is an extremely happy,passionate person.....She works from a joyous place within her.I have witnessed times when the residents where not well that she sat in with them and encouraged them with tears in her eyes. She treats people so special and absolutely know she would be a value to any job that she embarks on.
