About Faith

I'd describe my personality as kind, caring, thoughtful. I like working with kids because I love helping them learn and seeing them smile. Their energy makes every day fun and rewarding. I'm looking for a job that I can work a few hours in the evenings after my full-time job. I'm available Monday through Friday from around 5:30 p.m. to 10:00pm, and all day Saturday. I'm reliable, hardworking, and ready to start right away. I've been working with children since high school, starting as a shelver and assistant to the children's programs at the Forrest City Library. I later spent a year as an assistant teacher at the UCA Child Care Center in Conway, where I gained hands-on experience with feeding, playing, reading, changing diapers, and helping with daily routines. These roles have given me patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for caring for and teaching kids. I treat everyone with patience, kindness, and respect as if they were my own family.
