About Faith

I hired Faith from October until Jan. It became clear that she has no experience with children and this was likely her first job in any sort of field as the lack of professionalism is immense. She would cancel last minute, back out of time commitments/leave early. Lacks dependability. Specific example - I provided my January schedule to her in November and explained from the beginning that Jan on wards will be extremely busy for me. She called out, once again, night before (which is more notice than usual). I also found that they (her and my daughter) were not spending much time together. I would often find them in separate rooms when coming home. It's a tough market, but this is a poor choice. I hesitate to write anything at all and it has taken me a few days as I do not want to hinder one's career, however as a mother it would be a complete disservice to other parents to withhold my negative experience.
