I'm passionate about caring for children, having over three years of experience as a nurturing and responsible caregiver. My love for kids stems from my previous babysitting roles, where I realized the positive impact I have on families by providing reliable childcare. I also have the knowledge and skills of a nursing student who has experience in the neonatal ICU and pediatric floor. I follow their preferred communication method, whether it's verbal updates at pickup or regular texts or phone calls. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I lead by example. For instance, I avoid using my phone or tablets during caregiving hours, encouraging children to engage in active play and developmentally stimulating activities.
