I scheduled a call with her for an interview. I tried to reach her and she did not pick up. About an hour later I got a message back from her about being delayed at a scheduled appointment. I did proceed to reschedule and do the phone interview, during which she sounded very tired and nonchalant. I repeatedly asked her if she was okay and even asked if she'd have energy to care for the kids. She let me know that she wasn't really good at taking care of kids that age, helping with homework, prepping any meals, but will try her best, all while sounding rather nonchalant's. When I let her know that I would not go with her services, she sent me a nasty message telling me why would I even bother wasting her time for an interview if I knew I wasn't going to take her on as a provider.
