About Faith

Faith is the most unreliable nanny I have ever hired. She gave off a very good first impression, but that quickly wore off within a few weeks. We hired her for a full time position and of the 16 weeks she worked for us, she called out sick 1-2 days per week for 11 of those weeks. At first we gave her the benefit of the doubt, but the stories became more and more unbelievable. She frequently broke commitments and would lie about availability. We stressed how important it was for her to show up to work but she continued her behavior and ultimately quit via a text message without notice and without even saying goodbye to our toddler. She caused our family an incredible amount of stress, as both parents work full time and her constant calling out at the last minute required us to scramble.
