With a decade dedicated to supporting adults and seniors, I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid driven by a genuine passion for enhancing well-being and independence. My previous roles have been incredibly rewarding, and I bring a patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach to every interaction. I provide respite care, home health, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, and medical management. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is paramount to me. I communicate through written reports, text, or phone calls, always following your preferred method. My employers have said that I have a good sense of humor.
