Faith is fantastic - always warm and upbeat, professional, reliable, communicates well, and wonderful with our 2-year-old. She engages with him really well, is attentive to his development, and makes thoughtful suggestions. Our son warmed up to her quickly and loves his time with her. When we’re out for the evening, she handles the bedtime routine on her own (dinner, bath, etc) and it always goes smoothly. And she’s great at soothing him after goodbyes. Above all, we trust her judgment, including taking our son out around our NYC neighborhood. We can’t recommend her highly enough!
