Hi there, I'm Fae! Working with people with disabilities for the past four years has been the most fulfilling work of my career as a caregiver. As much as I offer to my clients, through attentive listening and logistical support, my clients have taught me the diverse ways that people can experience joy, communicate, and feel seen. As a caregiver/PCA, I seek to provide a stable, warm, and compassionate presence in a client's life. I relish creative problem solving and meet challenges with acuity and levity. Informed by the disability justice movement, my approach is person-first and centers consent and autonomy.
