As a compassionate and empathetic person, I strive to be patient and calm. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines, handling confusion or agitation, and incorporating memory care activities. I provide respite care, transportation, hospice services, and manage errands. I also offer light housekeeping, meal preparation, and dementia care. I communicate with families through daily reports and verbal updates, following their preferred method.
