About Facia

Hi! My name is Facia, and I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who is passionate about providing compassionate, dependable, and respectful care. Although I'm newly certified as a CNA, I bring several years of hands-on caregiving experience through caring for my own family and supporting others. As a mother of two, including an 11-year-old and a young child, I understand the importance of patience, consistency, safety, routines, and compassionate care. I also have firsthand experience caring for a child with autism, which has given me a deeper understanding of sensory needs, communication differences, routines, patience, and individualized care. I understand that every person is different and take the time to learn each individual's preferences and needs. My goal is to treat every person I care for with the same patience, dignity, and kindness I would want for my own loved ones.
