Being patient, calm, and friendly, I believe in open communication with parents. I provide written daily reports and regular updates via text or phone call, using the parents' preferred method. I prioritize following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, ensuring consistency for the children in my care. In addition to English, I'm also fluent in Portuguese.
