Some time ago, I took care of two dogs for a friend while she was traveling. At first, they were a little restless because they missed their owner, but with playtime, walks, and lots of affection, they started to feel comfortable. I loved taking them to the park--one was full of energy and ran nonstop, while the other preferred staying close by for cuddles. At the end of the day, I would settle them into their bed, and it was so rewarding to see them calm, happy, and safe with me. It was a very sweet experience that made me feel like part of their little pack.
