I communicated with Fabiola via text message and we had set up an interview to meet today at 3pm. I confirmed with her this morning and she said she would be there. Since I wanted to make it easier for her I chose a cafe in Whittier not far from her. I was chosen by the family to do the first interviews and then they would do the second interviews. I got there at the cafe at 3pm and she was a no show! I called her cell phone and I texted her but she did not reply. This is NOT professional! If this is what she does before being hired then she is off to a bad and immature start.
