About Ezri

I am a rising senior at Vanderbilt University as a Cornelius Vanderbilt Scholar and honors student. I am in the city for the summer to work on my thesis, and have some free time! Since I was 13 I have provided childcare across a range of settings from one on one, to families of six, to daycare services as a volunteer. I have also spent many years helping with tutoring, working with multiple ESL programs along with general academic tutoring for students in need from elementary school to high school. During the school year, I often pet-sit, though I do have a furry friend of my own. I love art and sharing that love (my thesis is studying muralism!) and, as an English major, love sharing language with kids of all ages and all capacities alike! I am extremely passionate about community organizing, meaning most of my free time goes to canvassing, mutual aid drives, or volunteering. With what free time I do have left, you'll find me hiking, traveling when I can, or creating art!
