About Ezra

I am a former Science Teacher and Head Water Polo Coach with Prosper ISD, where I worked closely with students in both academic and athletic settings to help them grow in confidence, discipline, and critical thinking. I hold a degree in Neuroscience from Brigham Young University and have experience supporting a wide range of learning styles and student needs. I tutor Biology, Chemistry, History, Algebra I, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, and Statistics. I also work as an academic coach for students with ADHD and high-performing student athletes, helping them build organization systems, study habits, time management skills, and academic confidence. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and adaptable, with a focus on helping students truly understand concepts rather than just memorize information. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, building confidence, and improving academically.
