Ezgi was great with our daughter (8 months). Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that she had a back injury and it caused her some pain/challenges carrying/lifting an active baby for a whole day. But she was good otherwise, always on time, responsive and happy with our little one- would hire her again.
