Provided companionship, made her favorite lunch, run light errands. As her health got worse responsibilities were to ensure she was helped to go to the bathroom, sponge bathing and essentially changing her diapers. ensured she took her medication and also administered them as per her family's instructions. I also watched an elderly man who was suffering from dementia and Alzheimer's . Helped with getting up to his walker, grooming/bathing, feeding, talking to him, helped getting dressed, watched golf with him and ensured he was comfortable. Taking quick walks outside. As time progressed family put him in a nursing home but still wanted 24/7 care for him. While the nursing stuff was there we would ensure prompt assurance and provided him with care if nursing staff was not immediately available

Ewelina has been such a blessing to our family. From the very beginning, she cared for my mom with genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. It was clear that this is not just a job for her as it's evident she truly cares about the people she helps care for. She helped my mom get ready for the day with patience and encouragement, and she always treated her with dignity. She made sure my mom stayed engaged and active by doing light exercises together, reading, playing simple games, and working on puzzles. These small but meaningful activities brought joy to my mom’s day and helped keep her mind and body active. Ewelina is attentive, gentle, trustworthy and incredibly dependable. She brought warmth, calm, and reassurance into our home, and it meant the world to our family knowing my mom was being cared for by someone who treated her with so much love and care. Ewelina is truly one of the best caregivers you could hope to find, and I cannot recommend Ewelina highly enough.
