As her health got worse responsibilities were to ensure she was helped to go to the bathroom, sponge bathing and essentially changing her diapers. ensured she took her medication and also administered them as per her family's instructions. I also watched an elderly man who was suffering from dementia and Alzheimer's . Helped with getting up to his walker, grooming, feeding, talking to him, helped getting dressed, watched golf with him and ensured he was comfortable. Taking quick walks outside. As time progressed family put him in a nursing home but still wanted 24/7 care for him. While the nursing stuff was there we would ensure prompt assurance and provided him with care if nursing staff was not immediately available
