About Everardo

Hi, my name is Everardo (Ever for short). I have been a maintenance and custodian worker for a little over 7 years for school districts in Orange County. I have a passion for cleaning and paying attention to the details. I have experience with window cleaning, housekeeping, and cleaning/maintaining elementary and high schools. I have my own supplies, experience with pets, and mode of transportation. I speak fluent Spanish and English also. I'd describe my personality as detail oriented, outgoing, and friendly. I like caring for homes because it is satisfying to see the before and after, as well as the positive reaction of my clients. I also love being hands on and paying attention to the details of your home. My skills include being detail oriented, efficient, and good at time management.
