I love working with kids because every day is meaningful. Seeing a child learn a new skill or accomplish something they've been working on is incredibly rewarding, & being part of their growth is what makes this work so special! I'm looking for a job with a family that values communication, offers a reliable schedule, & wants more than just a supervisor for their children, but someone who is a positive presence in their children's life. My goal is to create an environment where your kiddos feel safe, supported, & encouraged to be themselves. I have 3 years of experience as a nanny & two years of experience as a CNA. Currently I work as a RBT in ABA therapy supporting children with Autism. One thing you should know about me is I love to be involved! You want to build a giant blanket fort? I'm there. You want to dance to the same song over & over? Count me in! I take safety & responsibility seriously, but I also believe that childhood should be filled with laughter, fun, & warmth.
