About Evelyn

Hi! I'm Evelyn, a 22-year-old childcare provider in the Bloomington/Normal area. I have a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Illinois State University and plan to pursue my Master's in Speech-Language Pathology. I have 4 years of experience as a summer camp counselor, experience as a before- and after-school supervisor, and 3 years coaching youth soccer. I've worked with children of different ages, personalities, and abilities and love creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment. I also have experience working with children with special needs and am CPR certified. I'm also a 2nd Lieutenant in the Illinois Army National Guard, which has strengthened my leadership, communication, organization, and responsibility. I'm reliable, patient, caring, and energetic, and I'm comfortable helping with homework, meals, activities, routines, transportation, and bedtime.
