I am a energetic and dependable caregiver with over 18 years of experience in various roles. I'm a great communicator. I provide individualized care based on needs of my patients. Great assessment and implementation skills. I follow care plans directly and communicate any observed changes as outlined. I advocate for my patients and promote as much independence as possible safely. I have strict attention to detail. My care history includes but are not limited to Diabetes, Stroke, Alzheimer's/Dementia, Total care and Paralysis, Cognitive decline, Wound Care and Medication Management. I am also a great cook and will prepare meals as needed or requested. I can assist with errands and light housekeeping as well. I am extremely organized and can also manage task of doctor visits or appointments of any kind.
