Enabling students to master mathematical concepts is my primary goal. With 25-plus years of experience and related academic training, I focus on building critical thinking skills that will help them succeed in class or within the scope of homeschooling. While creating an engaging, supportive environment, I break down difficult problems into manageable steps to build the student's momentum. And to ensure success, I prepare comprehensive lessons prior to each session and provide detailed study packets which the student gets to keep for further study. I also prioritize clear communication with the parent/guardian in order to track progress and meet expectations.
