About Evelina

I'd describe my personality as friendly, calm, and patient I like working with kids because they are constantly learning new things. They often bring excitement back into things, because so much of the world is new to them. I started working with kids when I was in high school. I started with babysitting for my neighbors at first, then I volunteered at the middle school after school program and an overnight science camp with 5th-6th graders. During college, I worked as an Activity Leader for an after school program for about 2 years and have since had various jobs in elementary schools. I just finished my second year of woking in a k-5 behavior room, so I have experience with de-escalation and general behavior management, as well as assistance with classroom work.
