Regular parental check-ins and feedback help me adapt my approach. I celebrate small successes and break down complex problems to maintain motivation. Communication is essential for understanding student needs and setting clear expectations. With three years of experience and some graduate-level education, I've helped students achieve better grades and test scores. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I speak both Chinese and English.
