I'm a certified RBT with 2+ years of 1:1 experience supporting children with diverse needs, including ASD, DMDD, cerebral palsy, and hearing loss. I'm comfortable providing assistance with hygiene, mobility, daily routines, and transportation (I'm fully insured with new and reliable transportation; 2026 Toyota). I prioritize patience, compassion, and open communication, encouraging children to express themselves using their current skills. I encourage Montessori, child-paced, naturalistic teaching-through play, art, and physical activity-to build confidence, emotional regulation, and independence. I communicate privately with guardians about behaviors, concerns, and strategies or redirection/resolutions to improve future challenges a child may face.
