6 plus years of hands-on experience caring for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children, including those with special needs. That includes nearly five years as a nanny and mother's helper. I served as a Recreation Assistant for the Recreation and Parks Department in Los Angeles, and for two years, I was a Behavioral Respite Consultant for children of all ages on the spectrum. I'm passionate about creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment where every child can thrive at their own pace. My background includes working with children with autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivities, and developmental delays, and I adapt my care to meet each child's unique needs. With training in special needs care/CPR & first aid/some early childhood education, I provide compassionate, individualized attention while maintaining open, respectful communication with parents. I strive to be a dependable, positive presence in both the child's and family's life.
