About Eva

Hello! My name is Eva, I am 20 and have over a year of experience in a professional childcare setting. I am currently working towards an associates degree to ultimately become an art teacher. At my previous daycare job, I was trained in Conscious Discipline. Conscious Discipline is a core method of mine as it trains to be conscious of a child's perspective and brain development when providing discipline. I make sure the children I care for feel seen in their emotions. I encourage emotional regulation, calming techniques, and positive affirmations with all children in my care. I strive to become an adult that your children can trust and a nanny or babysitter you have faith in! If you want your children to have structure, schedules, and consistency, I can provide all three!
