About Eva

I am a CNA looking for a position as a caregiver with a private family. For many years, it has been my intention to help the elderly stay healthy, strong and independent in their own home. As a former fitness trainer, I have great knowledge regarding exercise and nutrition. I love cooking and can care for others by planning nutritious meals. With a BA in psychology and a certified grief counselor, I come with a great deal of compassion and knowledge. I cared for my parents with dementia, diabetes and stroke as well as administrated medication, coordinated their daily routine, cooked their meals, organized appointments, planned outings and created a safe and supportive environment as they aged. I love what I do and have extensive life and work experience with great references.
