We only interviewed Eunice and she came across very professional and personable. Unfortunately, she canceled less than an hour before she was supposed to show up for her in person interview. When we shared that was concerning for us based on our experience with our past nanny (as we told her we would always be open and honest with communication), she said she no longer wanted to be considered for the position and withdrew. References were also challenging.
