To anyone reading this review and wondering if you should hire Rika, do it. She is the best caretaker and person that anyone could ask for, and I am so thankful that she even had the availability to take care of my mother. If I wasn't moving my mother to another nursing home in another city (she suffers from dementia and stroke), I would never need to hire anyone else. I am both blessed and honored to have Rika as a person in my life- aside from the work that she does. Her genuine compassion and incredible work ethic is so rare that I feel lucky to have even seen it. There are people that do their jobs, and then there are people that completely embody what it means to be a caregiver. Rika is this person. She always goes above and beyond what she's tasked to do, and treats your family member like one of her own. If you and your loved one are lucky enough to have her in your life, she will enrich it in ways that will surprise you. Thank you Rika, for everything.
