I'm compassionate and empathetic, always prioritizing the individual needs of those I care for. I'm skilled Certified Nurse Assistant , light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, and mobility assistance. I also have experience de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion or agitation, and incorporating memory care activities. I follow each family's preferred communication method to keep them informed about their loved one's well-being. Understanding a care recipient's preferences and history is very important to me.
