Mia has been our nanny for 3 years now and we have been blessed to have her work for us. She is not just a nanny but has become a part of our family. Our sons, ages 4.5 and 14 months, simply adore her. She is reliable, professional, and takes expert care of our children, not only taking care of their daily needs, but really going above and beyond, teaching them things, engaging them, nurturing a love of the outdoors and a respect for others. She has even helped us with household chores, which we do not expect of her, but she does it just to be helpful and to make our lives easier. The only reason we are unable to keep her on is because our financial situation has changed- if it were not for that we would love to keep her for years more.
